Shipping and Returns


We offer free standard shipping on all items when you spend $25 or more. Only $1.99 shipping on orders under $25.

Most of our orders are personalized and have a production time of 1 - 3 business days (please verify on product page). We ship all item by either UPS or USPS depending on weight and destination. All our orders ship from Florida and most orders will be delivered in 2 - 5 business days (not including production time).

You will be notified when your item is shipped and provided a tracking number that can be tracked at the shipping carriers website.

All delivery dates we may provide are estimated delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays in transit time or other unforeseen circumstances experienced by our shipping carriers.

If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred for re-sending the item. If we are not contacted within 30 days of receiving the undeliverable item, it may be discarded and no refund will be provided.

Change or Cancel Order:

We allow changes or cancellations for up to 2 hours after the order was submitted. You cannot change the shipping address.

Most of our orders are gifts that customers want shipped as soon as possible. Once the 2 hour window has passed, the engraving process starts and at that point it is no long possible to make any changes or cancel the order.

Please double check the details and spelling of your personalization before submitting the order, as we are not responsible for any errors in the information entered for personalization.

Personalized items:

Quality is an important criteria for us and we know it is for the gift giver as well. We inspect the products and design to make sure our customers receive a beautiful product and we also take great care in packaging the items.

We ship a lot of glassware items and even though they are also marked with a fragile sticker, occasionally the shipping carriers can still be a bit rough in the handling.

If you do receive a defective or broken item, please contact us within 14 days so we can replace the item.


We offer a 60 day return policy on all items that are not personalized or marked as clearance. Item must be in new condition, unused, and in original packaging,
otherwise additional charges may be incurred.

Items that are personalized cannot be returned as they cannot be resold and only have value for the original buyer that requested the personalization.

Clearance items are heavily discounted products that have been discontinued. We cannot accept any returns or exchanged for clearance items.
